Deleting Your Account

You can permanently delete your Ogadu account. This is an irreversible action.

Danger

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be lost.

Before You Delete

Before deleting your account, you must have a zero credit balance. If you have remaining credits:

1. Go to Usage → Personal Usage & Billing.
2. Request a refund for any remaining balance.
3. Once your balance is $0.00, you can proceed with deletion.

How to Delete Your Account

1. Click your avatar in the top-right to open the User Menu.
2. Click Delete Account at the bottom of the menu.

Step 1: Pre-flight Checks

Ogadu checks your account status:

• ✅ Green checkmark — your credit balance is zero. You can proceed.
• ❌ Red block — you still have credits. You must refund them first (a link to the Usage page is provided).

If the check passes, you'll see a summary of what will happen:

• All your projects and chats will be permanently deleted.
• All your usage history will be removed.
• Your email will be released for re-registration.
• This action cannot be undone.

Click Continue to proceed.

Step 2: Confirmation

Type DELETE (in capital letters) in the confirmation field, then click Delete My Account.

Step 3: Done

You'll see a success message confirming your account has been deleted. You'll be automatically redirected to the login page.
