Adding Credits¶
Credits are purchased via Stripe, a secure payment processor. No card details are stored on Ogadu's servers.
Adding Personal Credits¶
- Click the button next to your credit balance in the sidebar, or click Add Credits on the Usage page.

Choose a credit package or enter a custom amount:

Click Pay with Stripe.
- You'll be redirected to Stripe's secure checkout to complete the payment.
- After payment, you'll be redirected back to Ogadu and your credits will be available immediately.
Minimum amount
The minimum top-up amount is $7.00.
Adding Organization Credits¶
If you're an organization admin:
- Go to your organization's billing page (Usage → {Organization Name} in the top bar).
- Click Add Credits.
- The same packages and custom amounts are available.
- Credits are added to the organization's shared balance, not your personal balance.
Payment Methods¶
Stripe supports a variety of payment methods including:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.)
- And other methods available in your region.
After Payment¶
- Your credits appear immediately in your balance.
- The transaction is recorded in your Payment History.
- You'll see a success page confirming the purchase.
Failed Payments¶
If the payment fails or you cancel during checkout:
- No credits are added.
- You'll be redirected back to Ogadu with a cancellation notice.
- You can try again at any time.
