Adding Credits

Credits are purchased via Stripe, a secure payment processor. No card details are stored on Ogadu's servers.

Adding Personal Credits

  1. Click the button next to your credit balance in the sidebar, or click Add Credits on the Usage page.
  2. Choose a credit package or enter a custom amount:

    Popular (default) $25
    Best Value $50
    Custom $7.00 – $10,000.00
  3. Click Pay with Stripe.

  4. You'll be redirected to Stripe's secure checkout to complete the payment.
  5. After payment, you'll be redirected back to Ogadu and your credits will be available immediately.

Minimum amount

The minimum top-up amount is $7.00.

Adding Organization Credits

If you're an organization admin:

  1. Go to your organization's billing page (Usage → {Organization Name} in the top bar).
  2. Click Add Credits.
  3. The same packages and custom amounts are available.
  4. Credits are added to the organization's shared balance, not your personal balance.

Payment Methods

Stripe supports a variety of payment methods including:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.)
  • And other methods available in your region.

After Payment

  • Your credits appear immediately in your balance.
  • The transaction is recorded in your Payment History.
  • You'll see a success page confirming the purchase.

Failed Payments

If the payment fails or you cancel during checkout:

  • No credits are added.
  • You'll be redirected back to Ogadu with a cancellation notice.
  • You can try again at any time.
